Payment and Refund Policy:

Payment (Done in INR): Payment for internships and events must be made through the payment gateway provided on the website or via bank transfer as mentioned on the individual event/internship/seminar page.

Refunds: Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances:

  • If an internship or event is cancelled by the MRC Foundation, students will receive a full refund.
  • If a student cancels their registration at least 15 days prior to the start of the internship or event, they will receive a full refund.
  • If a student cancels their registration within 15 days of the start of the internship or event, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. The MRC reserves the right to deduct any transaction fees incurred in processing the refund.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of the MRC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the content without the express written permission of the MRC.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold the MRC harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from your use of the website or participation in an internship or event offered by the MRC.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Modifications:

The MRC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
